It is a new interpretation of the writing instrument, characterized by a longer, tapered silhouette and craftsmanship refined over time. This octagonal fountain pen is reminiscent of writing instruments of the same design created by Montblanc in the 1920s and decorated with Egyptian-style engravings known as "Egyptian pens". Crafted from black precious resin, it features "Montblanc" written in Egyptian hieroglyphics on the cap and a scarab on the clip.
