• SKIN PH DETERMINATION TEST: Allows you to determine the real pH value of the skin, which must be between 3.5 and 4.5.
• OXIDATION TEST: Establishes the propensity of metal surfaces to oxidize due to contact with skin or water. Oxidation is not permitted.
• COLOR RESISTANCE TEST TO WATER AND SWEAT: It is used to determine the color fastness of the product to contact with water and sweat. The possible transfer of color on the fabrics used in clothing is checked.
• LEATHER RESISTANCE TEST TO SPEED TESTS: Useful for determining the resistance of each type of leather to wear, abrasion or color transfer. The leather sample is tested both dry and wet and under a removable 1 kg weight.
• LEATHER RESISTANCE TEST TO STAINS: The reaction of the leather to stains is determined by pouring small drops of water on its surface and checking every 30 minutes and after 24 hours. No blemishes, marks or ripples on the leather are permitted.
• METALLIC FINISH RESISTANCE TEST: Evaluates the resistance of the finish on the metal component by simulating normal deterioration. A cut is made with a knife and the behavior of the finish is checked.
• SALT MIST RESISTANCE TEST: Establishes the propensity of metal surfaces to oxidize or damage the finish due to salt spray (fog at 47°C - test duration: 24h). No oxidation is permitted.
• LEATHER FINISH RESISTANCE TEST: Checks the resistance of the leather finish. A layer of adhesive tape is applied to the surface and, after removing it, the integrity of the leather is checked.
