The Midnight Blue CA1816B3 iPad®Air/Pro 9.7 carrying bag from the Black Square collection is made with fine full-grain Tuscan leather, tanned with vegetable tannins. This tanning method gives the leather a non-homogeneous appearance, the result of an original artisanal process called washing. Washing preserves all the warmth and charm of natural leather, without covering its surface.
After tanning, each hide is placed in large vats of water without the addition of chemicals. Subsequently, it is dried in drums and stretched out, allowing its fibers to release.
Thanks to the experience of our master tanners, each leather acquires unique differences in color shades, grain and softness, thus making each piece of the Black Square collection unique and exclusive.
